Awesome video! I run at 4K with a 2080ti and had noticed over the months that I had some stutters which never happened before. I even re-pasted my card and under-volted it a bit thinking it was just getting a bit old. I applied the FSR setup and BAM! Straight pegg'd at 60 FPS 4K on remastered :) Ty good sir! You are a gentleman and a scholar!

If you still can’t play on Remaster or you just don’t like how it looks (my case) using High textures with Slightly High, High or Very High settings and bumping the contrast up a bit under Effects you can achieve a really nice look as well. I’m not a fan of the high bloom and sometimes blown out image in Remaster but those settings still look great.
If you’re going to do any PvP or Node Wars then save that setup under Preset 1 and make a new setup with Low textures and Low or Medium settings, turn off SSAO and turn your Gamma up slightly so you can see other players more easily and save that setup to Preset 2. You DO NOT care about looks in PvP situations, your FPS matters greatly.

[0:55] Note on A-FSR: BDO by default is already quite blurry, whether or not using FXAA or TAA ( this is even worse). FSR, although not noticeable at first, generates a lot of visual noise, even in ultra-quality, combine that with the aforementioned and you get absolute visual chaos. If you are playing at your desired FPS amount, please avoid using A-FSR.

question - Im grinding in gyfin and I notice that the mobs skill where the land turns to red when they cast big skills, the land is not turning into red. i think i messed up my settings somehow and i cannot turn it back. do you know how?
Hello! I am just starting to game and when i opened it first time i selected remastered and eveything was so blurry. I am going to try your settings tomorrow but i have a question. I have a 6700xt and r5 5600 with 16gbs of ram. I play on 1080p so should i use fsr?
How did you always show the Custom HP bar? Mine just hide when theres no strike(hit) even in combat zone
Bruhh!!!! I just applied these settings and woweeeee! It’s so pretty it hurts my eyes I was playin on Dreamcast settings compared to this!!! My eyes definitely need adjustment from 60fps to 140 🤣🤣

Hey man I copied your settings but now the game looks very grainy in the distance, even on my character. If I zoom in on my character then the grainy goes away but if I zoom out again, the grainy appears again. What setting could be the issue here?
Check your Anti-aliasing. You might have turned it off unknowingly
How about OBS settings and what you settings you use to record and upload to TH-cam.

I think they would! I have a 1080ti and I can stream at 900p with these settings. The biggest thing is making some changes in your Nvidia settings to help too. There's an ultimate performance guide floating around that shows some things to alter; check it out!

It's look really good! I think I will buy it. I don't know if anyone already has the answer, but can we change the NPC voices language on console (PS4 Pro)? I see that in the video, audio settings there korean voices.. I don't really like english NPC voices in BDO. Or maybe a way to mute the NPC voices?
I'm sure in the audio settings you can lower npc voices yes!

You can’t. You probably notice this by now though.
@MizuDev Yea, pressing CTRL to bring up the mouse hides the crosshair because the mouse is active but it doesn't -remove- the crosshair. Doonix asked how to remove it, which you can't do.
for some reason the "interface settings" is missing on my game.
the amd fsr option can be used for any gpu?? i have an RX 590 for example, can i use it??
I used to have an RX 580 & it worked better than medium settings, the only thing is that you have to check your temps because it can get kind of hot

@@cursaske I didn't have any problems at the time, you can try using it for a while somewhere with many users to verify that everything is stable

how do u set that lifeskill npc icon near ur minimap?
Check to see if you just need to extend it clicking the small vertical box with the arrow to the left of the minimap. i also believe u need to be in a safe zone for it to pop up
@@dottzgaming I used to have that lifeskill npc icon too, but now it's gone even when I'm in town/safe zone. I can't find it anywhere in settings.
im guessing this has been patched becuz im currently trying to do it, and it wont let me click FXAA after clicking the AMD thing

Copied the exact settings but everything is bright af for some reason, especially the lighting/sky.
Keep in mind that your monitor and his may be very different.

im assuming you guys encounter the same thing as i did. when you go from lowest/opti to remastered, you will have no anti aliasing applied at all, you need to check taa first, then swap to remastered, then press the amd upscale then you can manually press fxaa

You have to do it from the DISPLAY SETTINGS display quality menu
I was doing it from the performance settings menu which is why I couldn't apply fxaa even if following the steps
Seeing how grainy FXAA made it look, I actually prefer TAA now despite the performance drop, even then the drop is pretty negligible tbh
Expect FSR to look poop if you're playing on 1080p.

when i have mine at fxaa it's super grainy, do you have this problem?
At first I felt it was a little grainy due to the sharpness on the upscale but I did get used to it, and in certain areas it does look grainier than others. But I still prefer it to non upscaled remastered. If you don't like it you can go the taa route or not use fsr

ya i cant get intot this game even with a 3080 i can only hit 47 fps
yeah something is definitely up with your setup then, i have a 3080 too and my game runs great
the "workaround doesn't work, tried it 20 dif times. still forced into TAA
The moment you realize that this game after 6 years, still has the worst pop in that fully breaks immersion, like no other game or mmo out there - even when running high end pc..
They should have reworked there game engine or at least have made pop in fade in/out by now and reduce shadow and grass, since so many people have been complaining over the years..
Btw FSR with FXAA or TAA, does not look better than: texture quality high, graphics slightly high or high and zero upscaling, that also has better performance and uses way less GPU activity..
