for people with AMD GPUs and have a monitor with 60hz or 75hz display, you'll have to turn-on Enhanced Sync on the game's profile in the AMD Adrenalin driver to un-cap the framerate on Fullscreen Windowed.

Please for the love of everything holy, let us turn off worker completions!
I firmly believe it's not only annoying but also affects performance. We need this to be an option.

4K you just resize your UI. Looks the same as yours in 1440p.
