My name is Kalpesh Patel from India.I am in 2001 to 2009 in USA unlowful perant by Canada border cross.That time my son born in USA and now he is in USA. In 2009 i come back in India by voluntary exit. I don't have any deportation and don't have any criminal record. I finished my 10 year bar. I don't have any extrim hardship for i-601. So what to do.
Can my us born son abel to file i-130 for me.
