- I finish up the John Wick series with chapter 4 and it didn't disappoint. This had some of the most awesome fight scenes known to man to go along with the most feared man of all time. When John Wick shot Chidi to save Tracker's dog, Tracker's view of Wick changed. And the dog whimpering when Tracker was aiming at Wick on the stairs, was like, "Daddy, Wick saved me, spare him!" The dog peeing on Chidi took the cake!

Glad you back!! Just watched this movie finally a few weeks ago - I know people got their opinions but every one of these films has been a banger
There’s a so many cool stars in this - Hiroyuki Sanada as the manager of the Japanese Continental was cool because I’d just finished a playthrough of Cyberpunk where he voices a major character. I loved the way the Osaka Continental looked, too - it felt super stylized and almost like it was out of a game. Akira is Rina Sawayama who’s a well-known musician who got scouted because of her music videos to act in the movie, and she killed it IMO. And ofc Donnie Yen, a LEGEND in the Hong Kong martial arts scene, channeling Zatoichi blind swordsman energy - so cool seeing them all in a single film.
It's good to be back! I didn't know any of the people in this movie outside of the usual characters, but it's cool to see new people. They all killed it.

My favorite scene was with the crime lord in the purple suit, the actor looked like he was just having the most fun and it shows. Dude looked like he stepped straight out of Sega's Streets of Rage video games. I really hope he comes back in some capacity; I would be so down for JW universe to embrace the camp.

Do you like the timestamps I'm commenting on or does that seem a little extra? I had someone tell me they liked having them and I hadn't really considered it from the content creator's viewpoint, but I can write a more cohesive comment that just references the reaction without timestamps. The use of ammunition in the John Wick universe is something they were careful about in this whole series. Gun enthusiasts have counted his shots and generally find the reload to be very realistic. I don't know shit about guns, so I could be wrong or misremembering, but I'm pretty sure they account for most of his ammo.
21:43 This is a famous UFC fighter (Scott Adkins) wearing a bulky suit, which is why he sort of looks like a live action cartoon. It's a great little easter egg for people who recognize him- I didn't catch it until I watched reactions because I didn't know the name.
You might recognize Bill Skarsgard (the Marquis with a horrible French accent) as Pennywise or from Barbarian.

The rolling down the stairs didn't work well for me, either. It felt like a cartoon in a bad way.
Keanu does most of the stunts, dude is incredible.

Mr. Nobody didn't kill John because John saved his dog. I love that so much, for some reason. I mean, other than the dog and JW surviving, I think it's a sort of full-circle-ish moment.
I don't believe John is dead either, but I like that they left it uncertain like that. I feel like this movie could have benefitted from some ruthless editing, because it didn't need to be that long. There was a lot of stuff they could have trimmed out and gotten a tighter story out of it.
Consecrated in JW universe just means it's a sanctuary where no fighting can occur.

The locations in all 4 movies were great. I loved the aesthetic in each, especially being in Paris. (That was awesome)
I didn't know the UFC fighter, but I loved how they made him look straight out of a comic book. Really cool.
