Forno: your average nothing. Tasteless tourist trap and average. Good to fill your stomach with carbs. Pizza: at the worst place. Disgusting preparation, no passion! 🥴🤢 Try to show really good places and not just a below average tourist trap just to make a video and say good things about the food. Please :) people are waiting to go your recommended places, it is a big responsibility!! 🤔🤫
@@maryegerton6848 I happily would, of course. 🙂 If they would listen but I am not a patreon, sorry. There are tons of amazing places in Naples. However, I do watch a lot of their video and that 's a support. I love most of their choices. I cannot wait to visit them.
Thank you for going to the local, non tourist places that offer affordable prices to travellers that are often on really tight budgets who simply want a tiny taste or insight into certain gourmet dishes so that they can dream while being able to survive to the next town. Thank you for your insights and your humility , you guys deserve the world and everything in it 😆😉😃
As an italian i can tell that when in Italy you are not looking for gourmet restaraunt. Most dishes are cheap, trattorias are the traditional way to go and those are usually cheap. Traditional italian cuisine is not expansive cause it's based on simple but fresh ingredients and easy but effective recipes. Rome has a lot of touristy places which sadly charge on you a lot, you have to spot places where the Romans eat, best way to do this is ask them! even if many of them would not speak english. They will indicate you nice places where you can eat not spending much. Never spend more than 12 euro for a pasta, in quieter cities than Rome you will pay 7/9 euros for a pasta plate, same goes for a pizza, usual pizza would cost 6-10 euros,

As an Italian, it was a true pleasure to _finally_ hear a TH-camr correctly say "cannolo" for the singular and "cannoli" for the plural! Now it's your job to also teach everyone the same rule for panino and panini :) btw, It was equally cute to hear how you pronounced Trastevere and Gorgonzola ;) ( FYI, it's actually tras-TEH-vereh and gorgon-ZOH-la)
Thanks to u guys for taking us back to Europe especially Italy! After the long gap finally we get to see some nice travel/food vlogs from EU again. keep'em coming...

It makes personally “me” my lucky day. Thank you so much and keep on updating videos. I will put the thumbs up. 🍕🍕
You can have all the espresso machines you want at home, but how do you drink an Espresso in an Italian bar, in Rome, in Naples… everywhere….. anywhere in the world ! :)
I so miss Italian cannoli, makes my mouth water just thinking of it. Those pizzas looked so good too! That massive handful of mushrooms and thin crust. Though did you mean gorgonzola not garbanzo?
I found out my great grand father migrated from Italy to Ecuador so I have strong Italian roots. It’s been my dream to visit and find out more about my family history and culture there! Hope I can go one day soon but I’ll live vicariously through these videos too ❤️😂

Baccala' is cod but it is dried salty cod. It was introduced to Italy but trading with the Vikings that were salting and drying the fish for their long travels. The process of drying the cod makes it so much more flavorful.
Hello friends, thank you for the new virtual tour and street food in Rome. Wonderful sacred place. The Eternal City has endless things to see, enjoy it. 💖

They had a good time because they don't have a clue. Rome has the worst food in the country. Tourist trap after tourist trap. I was at Marmi and the pizza was shit. It was like cardboard. Live and learn. Go to the regions and get great food.
I had a meal in the via del lavatore literally on the street with the few cars and vespas creeping by our table. I think we had simple vegetable soup and grabbed an awesome photo of artichokes stacked in crates. One of my favourite photos from that trip. This was before digital photos!
Looking forward to those Sicily videos! There aren't many good food vlogs that I've seen there (other than Chasing a Plate). I've moving to Valencia, Spain in 6 months- and Sicily is one of the cheap flights I've been looking forward to taking after the move. ✈
