My first play through of this level, I dropped the lighting over the catwalk crushing my target and like 30 civilians. The collateral damage was magnificent

That challenge was just shocking and I couldn't believe it was even included in the game. It was extremely dramatic, made me very uncomfortable and I think it was just unnecessary. Why would you even do that just for one person?
I could understand dropping the speaker, or just maybe a couple of the lights directly onto Novikov's head and only killing him... but effectively bringing down the whole roof is just something else.
Pointlessly killing so many random civilians in such a brutal and unnecessary fashion (when the game tries to discourage this at all other times) and causing an evacuation of the entire building is just not right. That's never been how 47 or the ICA operates.
