Praying that you find a good place , moy druk
Hello! Good Luck on searching for Land. You will love making Samal Island your second HOME! 🏠❤🎉
I'm happy to your family Andrei❤ God is always with you. Ingat ka pag bili Ng lupa at sana dito na kayo tumira. Mas safe dito kaysa sa Russia
That place looks quiet but also remote. There may not even have water nor electricity. The road could be quite muddy when it rains so access to and fro may be an issue. The only positive thing is the crickets chirping during the night and you can have a place to plant a garden.
Mahirap Jan masyadong malayo at ND makapasok sasakyan, just in case emergency
No problem for sergei he can fly a helicopter
Hahahaha@@biglangpogi9736

So happy for you to consider buying your own lot for the family Andrei. God's permit you can 🙏🙏🙏❤
Can not buy property if you are foreigners. If you married pilipina/pilipino citizen then you can buy. The law in the Philippines not allowed foreigners
@@cynthiasalvador2735 of course I know the law. What I'm saying is that, it's all depend on how it was to work there in Samal. Many is just a rights properties. Or whatsoever, as long as you don't have to rent. 👌
Joyous and peaceful life. Kids are so awesome to watch. They bring laughter and memories durng that age. Philippines is so beautiful and a lot of people that were born and raised there don't appreciate of what the island can offer. Enjoy the Philippines and God bless you all 🙏💖
Wow that's great... Godbless always to the whole family 👪
Take your time to find land.
Make sure 👍 have access to water easily
By philippine law, foreigners are not allowed to own a land in the country. Seek legal advise before making any land purchases.

@@janetdelacruz5593 ok then. it's just my thoughts. And I'm not arguing.better they can seek an attorney
@@ashleyfinley4475 I know. But it's just my thoughts.as far as I know they can't own. Correct me f I'm wrong
