      Thank U for the very enjoyable & enlightening interview with your tribes women. 😊 Amfam indeed! We're coming typhoon or not. 😮 😅 ❤ 🎉
      Was "Rich" the youngest? She seemed so demure, shy & reserved. She has model beauty.
      I like her height. For me Rich was the most charming and alluring.
      You chose three fairly distinct personalities. I appreciate getting a wide view of The Ladies of Leyte.
      They all seem well spoken, thoughtful, and intelligent.
      Is education a priority among the Waray?
      Pea? I want to comment on your kind, compassionate, patient, professional interview skills with humour and some "spice".😉 I appreciate a window into your local world.
      🫛 you're "representing" for The Waray People and giving them an opportunity to shine 🌟😉 and these ladies rose to the occasion! The show was very very entertaining. I applaud all of you. May The LORD Of Heaven Bless! Peace.
      They were all a joy to see & hear. Wonderful!

    Absolutely true P, my wife is Wari and despite her being very short 4 foot 11 if you upset her, she will attack you. Don’t ever hurt a member of her family or her husband if you do, you will have to deal with her wrath. She is very loving and affectionate she is also very tender hearted. And you will not find a better friend, but don’t let her find out your gossiping about her behind her back, if you do, you will have to deal with her because she will confront you to your face in a heartbeat. She is fiercely loyal, and I love that about her, there is nothing that I will not do for her or her family. Because they are all just like her.

      What is ur advice to keeping a relationship long and healthy bro?

    • @zacan-rj3mc
      @zacan-rj3mc 16 วันที่ผ่านมา +3

      @@moonknight4053 I think one of the keys is to find the right match in the first place, we share both the same values, the same interests and the same goals, and where we might disagree on how we approach a goal we are both willing to communicate calmly and listen to each others points then reach a decision whether it be a compromise or one accepts the other but it is an equal partnership. We are both forgiving and accept each others flaws, as she says "nobody is perfect". Behind all this though for me is that I just recognise what a fantastic human being she is and that eerything she does is motivated by a desire to help others particularly family. I met her in Manila when there as a tourist, I thought i would try the famous Jolibee and sat down opposite her and her sister once I had gotten my spaghetti. She was studying English at the time and asked if she could practice with me. I of course agreed because she was gorgeous and funny but not for a moment thought she was interested as there was an age gap. When I went to leave her sister asked "aren't you going to ask her out?" I guess this reinforces Pea's point about Waray women. First date she met me at a restaurant, she came via the LTR. Through the meal she was asking "are you going to finish that?'" and I thought maybe this is some manners thing here so I left food from each course. Leaving, she asked for a doggy bag. I walked her to the LTR and at one point going past a dark alleyway she said to wait here she will be a moment. I watched as she went down the alley and woke up a homeless mother sleeping with a young child and give them their dinner. It was pretty much game over for me at that point I was in love with this wonderful kind beauty. So find the one who matches your values that will be a good start, Tagay!

    • @moonknight4053
      @moonknight4053 15 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @ It’s hard to say about the same interests bit as ours kinda vary, but I find myself liking some of the things she’s interested in she’s younger then me too. What kind of things are you interested in? It’d be cool to draw some inspiration from it! I have abit on I guess because I’m someone who takes awhile to forgive and forget. Just not a fan of being mistreated poorly, it’s nose to meet a fellow kiwi though, im mixed race maori and white and im with a very life Singaporean women it can be work. But she loves me so much, and aw man…. It makes me want to do so many things with her, I grew up pretty financially illiterate!! And just started to get good with money two years ago, I work a regular ass job haha but i feel like I am in good place and I know what kinda values I actually admire and try to live by. Really happy for you btw! I’m taking notes as I’m reading ur msg. Thank you for your advice, Kia kaha!

    Great video Pea! 🙂 Yes, you hear the same saying, especially from those that just watch videos on YT made by westerners, that Filapinas are "all the same"... That is a very short sighted, inexperienced comment. The Philippines has rich cultural differences and diversity that most people just don't know about... Everything that I know about the Philippines I learned from your channel, and my own experiences, since I began visiting in late Spring (Spring in the US) of 2022... I spend an average of 6 months a year there, and I learn more and more from you, and my visits each time. If you want to truly learn about a culture, you must choose your teacher wisely, and go there to immerse yourself in the culture... Don't just rely on YT videos from foreigners that are mostly inexperienced and narrow minded with their views and opinions... Thank you Pea! I learned a lot once again! 🙂❤️

      The best way I have found to deal with Tampo is to address the situation directly but lightly, don't get angry or upset, let her know you wont accept no communication, let her know you will let her be for awhile, and keep telling jokes until she laughs. Getting her to smile or laugh usually breaks the Tampo in my experience. Remember the culture, you are expected to be the leader as a man, and stay calm. Being a leader does not mean being bossy, arrogant or demanding! Being calm, confident, and assured of yourself, along with a little humility and respect will do wonders!

    Yes, I have been with a beautiful Waray-Waray lady for 18 years in the Philippines and a couple of years online before I got here. Her inflection sounded like she would attack something. I never thought of anger but that works too. She has changed a lot. I bought her a simple sewing box for 300 pesos in the first few days, and she almost cried. Now, an entire computer doesn't affect her that way. :P She had not been treated well by Filipino men. I think that might have been part of it. Her family is not poor but certainly not wealthy. I'll never forget her reaction in SM when I bought her that sewing box. I had been here only three days or so. It was our first outing.
