I bought a CT 26 in the US - do you know what class that is considered?
I have never seen a Festool CT designated as CTM or CTH until very recently online.
Mine does not have the button where you can choose for different hose sizes, the filter is not bolted in, there is no plastic bag around the fabric bag, and there is no plug to block the air inlet

Why does North American versions do not have the air flow regulator?

Hi there. Probably best to ask your local Festool product team for info on these models: www.festoolusa.com/contact. Cheers, Justin

@Festool TV Australia - I just generally asking. Seems kinda backwards, for lack of a better word. To not have that feature on all models. Tools are tools no matter what country you live in.

Yeah that's a fair expectation. There are different 'classes' of dust extractor and this video shows the H Class, which has a specific filtration requirement including a flow sensor. It may be the case that different models/classes are offered in different countries which is why it'd be worth checking directly with your local team. Justin

@- Festool TV Australia I’ll do so but highly doubt since it’s probably different for for certain countries as you mentioned. Thank you for replying.
