VEGAN SATTU LADOO RECIPE

  • Sattu ladoo is a sweet treat that cools the body. Sattu on its own is rich in iron. To amp up the iron & other nutrients as well as to give sweet taste, Jaggery has been added. Banana is used to bind the ladoo. Ghee can used instead.
    Ingredients
    Sattu - 1 cup
    Banana - 1
    Jaggery Powder - 1/4 cup
    Cardamom - 3 to 4 pods
    Desiccated Coconut - 1/4 cup
    Salt flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
    Make sure to store in fridge. And it stores in fridge for upto 2 to 3 days.
    There might be a sight decolouration after 2 to 3 days, as banana has been added.
