I'm loving the video 👍 Haven't been on some of these roads ever, others it's been years. Sitting in my cabin keeping warm, (it's been down in the teens at night since the snow last week), vicariously riding along waiting for Spring (or at least a warm spell). @ 32:18. Never heard of an EcoLodge motel, think it's ECONO Lodge (like inexpensive).🫣 Great ride and video👍 Subscribed. Ride Safe 👋 👽
Thank you so much for your kind words and for subscribing to my channel! I'm thrilled that you're enjoying my videos and that they're bringing you back to some of your favorite places. I hope you'll continue to enjoy my videos and that they help you get through the cold weather. As for the EcoLodge motel, you're right, it's actually ECONO Lodge. My wife and I laugh 😂 every time we watch the video. I didn't even know I said it until I was editing the video. Ride safe and stay warm!
I always heard the Uwharrie mountains were the oldest. Maybe I've been wrong all these years.... Nope I just looked it up.. The Appalachians are about 480 million years old and the Uwharrie mountains are 500 million years old. Interesting fact.
Hey Keith thanks for watching. I was about 98% confident in my trivia fact. I guess 2% will get me. I appreciate the information back. Crazy enough just a couple weeks ago I was in Uwharrie. I missed my trivia chance there 🤣. Beautiful area for sure. Thanks again for watching.
@@MotoOffroadAdventures I love some Uwharrie. Was there last weekend for an overnighter on my vstrom. Killer video, I'd love to ride them roads in Georgia with them awesome views. Time to subscribe!
Thanks for the Sub my friend. I went up to the Uwharrie I don't because I wanted to ride the Trans America Trail in that area. I came back to South Carolina. Kind of in love with the Uwharrie 🤔. I'm a little nervous about my next trivia question in the upcoming video. Hope it's not debunked also 🤞
Great roads...keep em coming. Garth
Hey thanks Garth. I am glad you enjoyed it. I had a blast out there on this route.
