- This video captures my full experience of my recent flight with Jetstar Airways in their Business Class on their Boeing 787-800 aircraft from Melbourne Australia to Honolulu, Hawaii USA. I've never flown Norse Atlantic Airways but have seen some reviews. I normally full service airlines so it's interesting to experience this mix of premium economy style/business service.

Hi Lia, can I ask you for help. I will be purchasing a Flight Ticket very soon and want to depart from BNE direct flight to BKK. I use Thai Airways but only depart from SYD now not BNE. Your honest opinion on JetStar Business Class, I'm a 76 year old male. I'm trying to eliminate flying with SIA which depart from BNE to Changi then another flight to BKK. John Mc

My honest opinion of Jetstar Business Class is exactly what you saw in my video flying from MEL - HNL.
I would definitely say that Jetstar Business Class is actually a 'Premium Economy' style cabin, seat and service. The seats do not become lie-flat beds but are more of a recliner style seat (as you would have seen in the video).
The food is also a premium economy style service, with a meal, drinks etc served but not like the typical business class style of service.
The cabin is a dedicated cabin which is sectioned off with the curtains.
I found the staff on all my flights very professional and attentive.
However, it is definitely not 'business class' compared to other airlines and definitely a 'premium economy' offering instead as is with most low-cost airlines.
I will also link below my videos on SIA business class (connecting from Chennai via Singapore to Melbourne as well as my video on my recent stay at the Aerotel transit hotel in Singapore so can make an informed decision).
I guess your biggest question is if you are comfortable in a reclined style seat for the duration of the flight without a transit stop or if you prefer the lie-flat bed but includes the transit.
