I just love AMD for their universal FSR tecnology. While NVIDIA forces you to buy their RTX cards, AMD just let you use their stuff, basically for free.

Just Like dying light 2 a lot of its performance is restricted due to denuvo. If the developers decide to remove it like dying light and others after sometime(Which is highly unlikely because its a WB game); I believe it will give better performance. Also its a new game so performance is going to suffer( Has become a norm these days :( )
I think they are removing it cause empress is gonna crack it soon. It shows Hogwarts legacy (empress) soon in skidrow site. So I am guessing by the end of this week either empress will crack it or denuvo will be removed

Surprisingly RAM usage seems very high in this game, Santiago Santiago did same tests and ig he maxed out his 16GB of RAM. Also maxing out RAM results in frametime spikes and stutter. Hoping to see it fixed in some patch. 😐😐

But loading takes a long time like 2 mins and after loading i miss the first 2-3 seconds of cutscene due to lag and there are frame drops sometimes with stuttering but it's still playable and i am having fun

I played with the same graphic card but I have a i5-4440 and 12gb ddr3 and I have terrible fps drops, I had to play with low-med settings and FSR2 Quality, so now I know that I need to change my processor and add more ram to be playable. and enjoyable

I mean for a card that old the performance is stunning after few tweaks, not to mention the optimization of the game is horrible. Tip for those who struggle to get above 40 fps or have less RAM than 12GB try installing Ascdendio mod from nexus, will surely give an increase in about 10-40fps depending on the machine. Which setting corresponds to the spell effect? Because in High, I can see the spell effects are curved. But lesser qualities have straight lines. The curve effect looks good. Not sure if it will affect FPS by a lot.

Use upscale sharpness at 1.0 instead of 0.5(unlike what is shown in video). That way it will look how it's meant to look like not low quality then.

I have the same build and stutters from time to time, even on cutscenes. It's kinda bad rn, even people with high end pc's complaining about that
