Important additions: Breath of Fury works well with cards that make tokens like Manaform Hellkite or Obika (Budget) especially with a commander that can cast non creature spells when it attacks. Doesn't even matter what kind of non creature card you get as long as you get a hasty token (best if an opponent is open and can't block the breath of Fury creature). Pull from Eternity might be an insane addition for Narset especially if one of you commanders is actually Djinn Illuminatus to use it multiple times to return e.g. extra turn or extra combat cards. You can actually exile "Pull from Eternity" with Narset replicate it multiple times to get all kinda of additional Combat cards back into the graveyard and even the original pull from eternity.
It may have been said already but Twinning Staff won't work with Narset as Narset creates copies of cards that you may then cast. Staff works when you create a copy of a spell that's already on the stack.
Holy shit Mike, Da Basement Games is where I play magic during the week. The playgroup is amazing and gathered from around NYC. The owner Kevin is a really great host and even created his own format for commander called regicide.

Agreed lol she on ironically works very well with her original self if you have both out. Both are great commanders. And all her PW selves are nice little ways to mess with opponents or gets extra stuff 🤣 Gonna have fun with her in my jeskai deck
I like this card, early game if others are ramping, or doing things like brainstorm you can take advantage of that by simply attacking. I really like how this plays I just don’t know the “direction” for a win you would go with this. Feels like lots of creatures go wide? Although you could also do instants that buff creatures and go vultron with your commander, flexibility is there for sure.
I've had in mind trying an "Izzet Tokens" deck things like Manaform Hellkite and Magnus the Red -- this is definitely making me consider "Jeskai Tokens" instead!
The biggest problem with the collector boxes as well as the draft and set boosters is there is a lot of duplication. I will probably pick some up. Thank you for the video.
Wizards changed unblockable to cannot be blocked for a few reasons. 1) unblockable was never a key word and wasn't meant to be one. 2) consistency across card text. I think you missed the fact that if you have 10 mana available with Maddening Cacophony you can end the game by just casting it/kicking it and then swing with Narset to immediately cast it and kick it again
Unless I’m missing something, Maddening Cacophony only mills half the library when kicked. Half of 100 is 50 (I know opponent will have less than 100 in their library when this occurs, it’s just an example). Half of 50 is 25 on the second cast from the graveyard. Doesn’t mill out opponent.
@TJ O You're right... I messed up on that bit... I might have been thinking of another mill combo... But being able to mill 75% of a person's deck in a turn with barely any effort is still pretty crazy
haven't played it yet but i'm a degenerate and built this with infect creatures. there's no way giving prowess to a bunch of creatures with infect could be broken, right?
Quite a few of them got de-sparked due to the events of M.O.M. Plus technically, we already had planeswalkers before planeswalker was even an official card type back in the Lorwyn.
several planeswalkers got desparked, but now travelling between planes just involves going to the inter-planar . . .plane-port. So basically everyone is a planeswalker now.
Yea wizards messed up and instead of sending some1 a march of machines collector box they sent him an aftermath collector box and he decided to open it on TH-cam
since she copies the card, you need to cast the copy at that moment and only then. she ignores timing restrictions entirely for that specific time window
Something to keep in mind about when a card tells you that you can do something. Unless the card says otherwise, you can do something when it says you can do it. For example, the old Etali lets you cast spells during combat, even if the spell normally couldn't be. However, cards like Emry, Lurker of the Loch has rules text in parentheses that specifically say timing rules still apply.

Indeed. Each instance of prowess stacks individually. I forgot what card it was, but some other card had that effect with reminder text of course.
