🔥🛠 Thanks for tuning in, fellow smiths! In this video, I took on the challenge of crafting a bushcraft knife from a truck spring, pitting the strength of iron against the versatility of steel! 💪🔪 It was a thrilling journey from forge to finish, and I'm excited to share the process with you all! Let me know your thoughts in the comments below and don't forget to smash that like button if you enjoyed the craftsmanship! 🤩🔨
Wow! What a beautiful knife. Strong AND so sharp. Not to mention made with not nearly as many fancy tools as so many of the videos on TH-cam. You're a true artist and craftsman
🔪 Thank you so much! Crafting these knives is my passion, and I'm glad you noticed the strength and sharpness. 😊 Indeed, it's all about the craftsmanship, not just the fancy tools. Stay tuned for more creations! 🛠️
Terima kasih banyak atas dukungannya! 🙏 Senang mendengar bahwa Anda menikmati karya-karya saya. 🤗 Semoga saya bisa terus menginspirasi dengan kreativitas saya! 🌟 Terima kasih lagi dan salam dari sini! 🇮🇩
Thanks for your comment! 🙌 Springs do indeed make for sturdy and reliable blades, and I'm glad you appreciated the mosaic pin detail! Stay tuned for more unique knife creations. 🔪🔨
Wieder ein kunstvolles Messer hergestellt. Die Schärfe und die Härte der Klinge, das ist nicht normal. Wie schaffst du so etwas? Das wirst du bestimmt nicht verraten! Du bist in deinem Fach ein echter Meister.
Please put the guard back on your 9" grinder, friend. I've seen too many accidents with those for me to be comfortable seeing another using such a tool in such an unsafe manner and I for one don't want to see or learn of you being critically injured by flying debris or an accidental slip, especially since the camera angle made it look like you were moments away from taking your own hand off at the wrist! Othat than that, I loved seeing your shop made belt sander in action and seeing the final knife was a delight to see! Looks good and tough!
🛠️ Thanks for your concern, friend! Safety first, always. I appreciate the reminder and I'll make sure to put the guard back on. Can't be too careful with these tools! Glad you enjoyed the belt sander and the final knife. Stay tuned for more creations! 🔪😊
I'd love to see a set of three blades made from that huge disc saw in the background. From a small bushcraft to tanto to a nice big bowie. Oh, selfish me... Ps love the channel

Hey there! 🖐️ Thanks for the awesome suggestion! Making a knife out of a horseshoe sounds like a fantastic project. 🔨🐴 I'll definitely give it a try! As for the signature, that's a great idea too. I'll work on creating a unique mark for my knives. Stay tuned for more cool projects! ✨🔪 Thanks for your support! 😊👨🏭

🔥 Thanks for the suggestion! 🔪 I appreciate your input. While electric sanders can definitely speed up the process, I prefer the traditional handcrafted approach for my knives. It's all about that personal touch and craftsmanship! 💪 But I'll keep your suggestion in mind for future projects. Thanks again! 🙌
how can we purchase a knife you have crafted? I really dig that nail cutting and wood chopping then still be able to cut the paper, that's some real care and know how when it comes to tempering proper, too hard they are brittle and will break apart before getting through the nail, too soft and you loose the edge and it cannot slice the paper clean .. that's a rare skill there you don't see anyone else doing that on youtube, you see how the knife held its shape? that's about as good as you can temper a blade, there might be a tad more but not much, again its s thing line before they are too hard and shatter, a guy don't get to that level tempering a few 15-20 times .. plus there are several methods, I think he may have used oil in one step not sure I did see oil on the blade per handle tho? nice stuff for sure, some you knife makers need to take notice tempering is so much when it comes to blades, yea yea damascus is nice to look at, but more important than looks is the temper, too soft if wont hold an edge for long, too hard it can fail on you when really being put to the test.. tempering... its an art in itself . . .
Thank you so much for your kind words and detailed appreciation! 😊 It really means a lot to hear from someone who understands the nuances of knife tempering. You're absolutely right about the fine line in tempering; it’s truly an art! 🎨🔪 As for purchasing, I'm not selling my knives just yet, but I'm working on it. Stay tuned for updates! 📺👀 Thanks again for your support! 🙏✨

Я читал об этом, определять по цвету. Раньше скептически к этому относился, но видимо вы правы. Дело опыта. Ибо у вас выходит здорово.
