We normally use Napa cabbage rather than green cabbage and we don't add eggs coz I feel the eggs tend to get rubbery if it's cooked a tad too long. Sometime I might add a bit of marinated chicken to make me feel like I'm eating the lor Mai Gai from the dim sum restaurant.
