Yunnan people cannot live without rice noodles. The best small-pot rice noodles use Dai's sour liquid rice noodles. Ferment the new rice of the season to grind, settle and filter, boil and pound to make the sour liquid rice noodles. It takes a long time to make but has a unique flavour. The small-pot rice noodles are the most common and popular way to eat rice noodles.
Boil the broth in a small copper pot to add some meat sauce and greens. Season with acid pickles and chilli oil. You will never have enough of it here in Yunnan. Let's go and enjoy the rice noodles.

I love the way that there's no one off plastic used in this video!!! Everything is raw and real and organic!!! Even the stove they use straws as fuel!!! This channel is a rare gem.
I can get this dish so easily in restaurants but I never knew how much work actually goes into making the noodles from scratch like this. It’s incredible. So therapeutic to watch and teaches you to slow down and appreciate the small things in life.

와 힐링 미쳤따 그냥.... 예술 작품이다... 영상미이며 편집템포며 구성까지 내가 뭐 언급할 수 없을 정도의 어나더 레벨이다.
특히나 후반후에 강아지와 할아버지 할머니에게 손자가 음식을 가져다 주는 장면은 너무 아름다워 눈물이 날 지경이다. 운남 아가씨도 이쁘지만 특히나 이 영상에서 담겨지는 그 분위기는 정말 가슴 따뜻하고 아름답다. 나에게도 저런 순간이 있지 않았을까? 할머니 할아버지랑 맛있는 것을 먹었던 장면이 떠오른다. 그때가 참 아름다웠던 순간이 었음을 깨닫는다.

土生土长云南人第一次看到米线的制作过程，原来手工米线制作需要太长时间太多工序啦！以前只知道米线是从米线厂生产出来，大街小巷称斤买的。小哥煮的是小锅米线，云南人看的是家乡的味道，和对小时候家，学校附近的小锅米线店里那一碗碗热气腾腾红的绿的鲜的辣的美好回忆。👍🍲❤

It's not snack in China, it's main food in many places, it's called 米线 as rice noodles. Can be found in most places of Sothern China.

I'm from Yunnan, we ate rice noodles three meals per day when i was in China, now i'm in another country, i've travelled so many places, but the most delicious thing for me is rice noodle.
We don’t eat rice noodles for 3 meals a day.. mostly just breakfast, sometimes lunch 😋. I’m also from Yunnan 😊

I grew up in Kunming, Yunnan. MIXIAN (rice noodle) is something that the Yunanese eat almost every day. Now living in a different county for years, MIXIAN is always the first thing that come across my mind when I think about my hometown. Love this episode a lot. It keeps reminding me of my passed grandma and my childhood in Yunnan.

I understand that I disturbed you but I do not live in such beautiful places and also do not have such resources to create magical content.. but still with my little ability I am just doing my bit.
I'm sure she sharpens it off-camera but either way, she uses those nice natural wood cutting boards or chopping slabs. Those are definitely easier on an edge as oppose to some of the refined-wood or even plastic boards we use in the West. But yeah, that knife is so versatile and she got some skills too
