It’s been a year and a half since my vestibular migraine began. So many other health conditions presented themselves and it’s totally changed my life. I had panic attacks beginning a year before the vestibular and vertigo issues began. Anxiety usually surrounds the fear of falling. Lately, I’ve been experiencing depressive thoughts. Not sure if it’s because it’s been a year and a half with pain in the back of my head, neck, and shoulder and also nerve pain on the right side of my body or if it’s from the medication I’m on. My PCP told me I have to prioritize what I want to focus on. She felt that my nerve pain is secondary and I should focus on controlling my diabetes. My vestibular migraine wasn’t even on the table! It’s like , I just have to manage it on my own. I’m so tired.

This is not the life I wanted for myself. Is there anything that can be done for recurrent BPPV? My physical therapist just says he sees some of the same patients for years… I’m not ok with that. I’m tired of this being my life.

Stay hydrated, use the epely or half summersalt maneuver I came down with this about 6 months ago and every couple weeks I do these things to fix it at home. The key is to catch it early so you can fix it at home
