Thank you! I fully believe that facial massage is one of the best anti aging techniques there is. I never would have known this had it not been for you and your videos.💕

Thank you for your information. I am an esthetician, and get asked a lot about Botox. Love your common sense approach in skincare, etc. 🥰

This is very informative and transparent been hearing a lot from professionals lately about the cons of Botox. I have thought a lot about getting it but something always pulled me back from it and that is not a lot of research has been done about the long effects of it and thus I have decided it’s not for me and rather I would just focus on being consistent with my skincare and now adding in massages which makes total sense. Thank you so much for your honest professional point of view on this.

It's crazy how common it is for women to start getting botox and filler in their 20s nowadays!

Yes, it’s way to young and irresponsible for injectors to even be recommending it this young.

Hi Nerida! Love your educational videos 😊 Can you recommend ways to decrease genetic dark circles? Will massaging alone help?

Yes, massaging in a complete circle around the eye area is perfect. Try using the Rejuvi Q flavonoid in the PM and then the eye gel over top. It’s really great for dark circles and strengthening the little blood vessels.

Doctors must be responsible not advice young people what they want is money. I truly believe when people have God they love the way they are. I love natural womens with wrinkles look with personality.
