You can also use a fork. Just wrap your yarn around your fork, tie it together up the middle, cut the yarn loose from the skein, and then cut the sides. It's kind of the same concept as the cardboard method. :)

I dont have a little gadget to make a pom pom. What would you suggest I do instead?
You can make pom poms using cardboard. Have a look on TH-cam... there are lots of videos showing you how to make them using this method 💕
