  • LiWen Ang shows you how to use your feet and legs to get beautiful technique for your Cha Cha Side Chasses. (Ballroom International Latin style). In this Latin Dance Tutorial, you will learn how to apply pressure into the toes, feet, ankles, knees and legs to create a stroking action with the feet. You’ll go through some exercises to practice that leg action. You can also use this technique for your Rumba Walks!

      @@DanceInsanity working on online business and my challenges - abs, cha cha and squats. Trying to keep up. Will need a do over next 30 days to create consistency but I am so with this and as usual it's on!

      A thought came to me about dance shoes. Knowing the different types and to use for what, leather soles vs felt and what floors it's best to use them on for greater impact, effectiveness etc and of course the look! :)

      @@DanceInsanity I am starting with standard as my teacher told me its a good base. Unfortunately I have to wait for a partner... but it can definitely not hurt to practice different styles and dances I love the videos like these where its not just the steps but the technique behind it to make it look absolutely amazing ❤ thank you so much for sharing all your tips and tricks. You guys seem such amazing teachers even if its just over youtube !

    what do u eat to maintain your weight and to have a slimmer body?

      Hello @Maria we eat well balanced meals- protein, carbs and fat. And we are very physically active! We believe building muscle is key to staying in shape.
      How often do u dance?

      @@DanceInsanity do you have any specific diet meals? i just wonder how you, dancers were able to get slimmer in carbs. i have been doing a work out following the videos you made every friday but nothings working on me. i still have fats on the sides.

      @Maria Make sure you eat good protein with your meals. To slim down, you've gotta be burning more calories than you eat. We also don't eat much highly-processed foods, and never touch soft drinks. What do you usually eat?
      Diet is important, but we also recommend an active livestyle, mixing cardiovascular activities (dancing is excellent!) with strength-building.

      @@DanceInsanity before I ate processed foods, fast foods. I also drink cold drinks. Then i realized that i gain weight.. like I am really fat. So I started my diet this summer. There was an improvement but somehow i get tempted to food especially my cravings. i set a proper diet on my own, and I only have one cheat day which is saturday. I did some exercises, work out (following your videos and other resources) but there are days I cant exercise because im busy with school work and assignments. so I cant do it all the time. I even did not told my mother that I am on a diet because i am sick (seizure) and I'm scared that she will find out. only my siblings knew about it. I really want to dance, specifically dancesports. it has been my dream since I was small. but my parents cant afford me to enroll in a dance school. so i have to learn it on my own. i want to prove to the other aspiring dancers that disabilty does not hinder ones dream. so i hope that through a simple step, my weight loss and perfect balance of my feet to my body could help me become a dancer.

      @Maria finding your passion in life is so precious! It gives purpose, motivation and meaning. So we're happy you love to dance and want to inspire others to go after their dreams. Just be mindful of your body, especially since you have had seizures. We think that being healthy is the first step to getting to your ideal weight. Instead of fasting, you can also try smaller balanced meals throughout the day, think food made from natural ingredients (meat, fruits, grains, vegetables). Also, preparing what you would eat ahead of time is very helpful, so you don't binge eat whatever is available when you're hungry. I hope this helps! 😊 how old are u??
