    Tytus should grow his hair long again! I know that you both do yoga, can you recommend any yoga poses to improve hip flexibility so I can do a figure eight my hips instead of a figure one.

      thanks for the Hair suggestion, lol! perhaps you've seen this, but it helps for the hip opening www.danceinsanity.com/tutorial/hip-stretches-5-minutes/ i also recommend "figure four stretch" and "pigeon pose" (from the yoga world) hope that helps!
