I love how Davie can breakdown everything that seems big and complicated into small easy-to-follow steps.
For instance, when I did dropship 2 years ago, just the idea itself of having a team and scalling globally scared the hell out of me, but when you try to sit down and understand your business, and most importantly love what you're doing and be patient. I guess you can reach to some level like this.
I've never been to happy to come across a channel in my life. I have an idea, a better mousetrap, as they say. Im handy online and with ecom, but this is a game changer. I'm learning so much from you and it's giving me the confidence I need to launch without making some big mistakes. Wooooow👏 this is some epic value! Some of these mistakes are way too relatable lol, the amount of money I've lost from not understanding attribution. Everyone starting out NEEEEEDS to watch this because these are the sort of things after a few years in, you look back at and realize how much money you put down the drain or left on the table. Having said that, that's part of the game, that's the price of the self en-rolled "entrepreneurs university". But a video like this will save lots of people a lot of money. Doing amazing work my bro, keep it up!

hummm, good points, another great video to learn about e-commerce business.
In this video I learned about A/B split tests of pricing, product page, and of course, I will use that method on my ads as well.
Also, the OKR is absolutely a great tool, I learned this at my current job and it's been helping me to set goals clearly and path down the way to work towards my goals. There are tons of things to do prior to launching a store, and OKR helps to clearify and prioritize them.

Hey Davie, in this and many other videos you mention cashflow is king for the success of the business. How and when do you take your personal “income” out from the business? I see time and time again that most will use e-commerce to fund their lavish lifestyles in the short term, but it’s fairly obvious to me that you’re playing the long game to see (more) success or the billion dollar mark. For example, if the group cleared $30m in profit for the FY, how much would you consider taking from the business account for your own personal investments and lifestyle? Not looking for exact figures but more of a framework for not introducing cashflow issues 😁.

Hey Davie thank you for this! So much value. Quick question in relation to (9:35) with cost-per-item in Shopify, how do you input the shipping cost per item here? As that cost changes based on express/standard shipping, if they buy multiple items and even their location (remote vs city)? Do you average it? Thanks!

I don't think any of us will have enough money or the confidence to patent any ideas at that early stage. Hi Davie, when looking for products to be successful for e-commerce, do you look for things that you know you can sell at a certain price? Is it harder to make a product successful if it sells for 2010$ even if the margins are good? Where does it start to get better on average?
