Balance for the grain building I think, the agents is because there’s an issue with the engine, so it should help performance and playthroughs last longer :)
@Red_Zed I see. Thanks for explaining. With the new population cap at 7500 & 15000, I'd thought they'd kept the grain imports line of buildings. Some places just take forever to grow unless that IS the dev's goal?

Can you turn on the map ui so we can see the city names and see who are enemy on the map
No mate I can toggle it on and off every once in a while but there’s too many cities they overlap clutter up the map and make it run slower
