I have never seen the "tic tac toe" method and its definitely an interesting way to do it. Although I feel like the way you do it solves it backwards. Normally I multiply the first coefficient and the constant and then figure out what factors add up to the middle term in my head because its usually pretty easy. 2*12=24, -8-3=-11 in this case. And then I would factor by grouping. But instead of guessing -3 and -4 in this method and checking with the cross multiplication, if you just divide -8x and -3x by 2x and x respectively, I can skip doing the whole grouping and get the -4 and -3. Even in simple algebra you can still learn new methods. Love math!
Oooh Thanks a lot ....... After 2 years my doubt got cleared 🎉 I was literally struggling with these types of maths and this video of yours helped me a lot Again thank you sir .....
It's used in constructions everywhere . Making equations so that all these big structures you see around fit perfectly becuz with big constructions you can't measure everything like a block puzzle , it requires heavily mathematically calculated parts so that they fit safely and strongly . That's y we learn all this in school .
Also used in analysis of forecasting marketing campaigns. For instance suppose you run a business and you have multiple selling products and have limited stock of raw materials and you have different demand, price and cost of production of different products that you sell. As an owner you want to forecast how much you should produce and sell which products to maximize your profits. This is when these equations and even multiple equations come at play.
when you dropped that "now this is a difference of two cubes", I laughed pretty hard. That was fun, thanks.
So how do you write it in form: differece of two cube
Best maths videos on TH-cam. Fun, engaging, easy to follow!
Thank you!

Amazing method, I learnt it finally and solved another quartic equation. Better than ferrari method taught in college.
I have always done it horner scheme ( method )
My teacher did not need to assign this as a self learning homeowrk 😭🙏
I love your videos, but I can't help thinking, "What are the practical applications of these equations?"

@@PratishthaJain-ij2vc I must've went to a really sshhiittyy school.

@@ronitsingh2308 Oh, okay.
Waching for India ❤❤❤❤❤
Nice
next: factor by quartic formula
If it wasnt grouping, factor theorem can help solve this
