I am a 49 year old male. I have never been on a diet in my life. I am 6 foot one and weighed 250 pounds. I just celebrated Weed number six and I am now at 2:21. This diet rocks!

This was so informative and so well done. I have been on the plan for 30 days and I have not been on the tight walk. I never do the condiments and not sure if I get the healthy fats each day. I've been celebrating the fact that I maybe only eat 5 ounces instead of the 7. I do have scales that I realize now are underutilized. What an eye opener this video has been for me. Thank you!

I just started OPTAVIA my coach is awesome but this video is Amazing in helping me instant the fats and condiments! I read that and read that and was still confused! Due to the holidays and being sick I have not been consistent yet, I’m on day 5 (it’s been a week) and I’ve already lost 6 pounds! Can’t wait to see how consistency works!

This is one of the Best I've seen! Love your explication! And your Emotional connection! I started the last week of Oct. I have tried to stay the Best I can on leanest, least carb veggies sprinkling in the others. Gave myself a very thin pass for 2 holiday meals and still lost, yes but could have had allot more loss! Agree! Hearing the fact again that it takes so long to get back to fat burn hits home! I always think, is it worth the pounds? And for me Nope! I just put on pants 3 sizes down! 🤭 🥳 and 40lbs down. 40 to go! Home stretch on the rope! Trying for No Optional which is not too hard for me, came from not eating. Keep it up! By day 5 you should have reached fat burn and hunger typically disappears. Day three was the most challenging for me too!

I just started OPTAVIA my coach is awesome but this video is Amazing in helping me instant the fats and condiments! I read that and read that and was still confused! Due to the holidays and being sick I have not been consistent yet, I’m on day 5 (it’s been a week) and I’ve already lost 6 pounds! Can’t wait to see how consistency works!

This is one of the Best I've seen! Love your explication! And your Emotional connection! I started the last week of Oct. I have tried to stay the Best I can on leanest, least carb veggies sprinkling in the others. Gave myself a very thin pass for 2 holiday meals and still lost, yes but could have had allot more loss! Agree! Hearing the fact again that it takes so long to get back to fat burn hits home! I always think, is it worth the pounds? And for me Nope! I just put on pants 3 sizes down! 🤭 🥳 and 40lbs down. 40 to go! Home stretch on the rope! Trying for No Optional which is not too hard for me, came from not eating. So this has been an adjustment, But Stick with it and You can Do It! Feel Better... Mind, Body, Soul! #TotalHealth
