Upon the whole process of your table making very interesting use yourself from resin and infill wood great idea keeps it running cost down but the end result is what we after very much with course $100 or $10,000. I have a question....how did you calculate the amount of epoxy required when using the scrap wood? A bit of guess work or did you measure each scrap piece and subtract from the overall pour? Lovely work btw!

I poured the first layer of one centimeter, saw how much resin it took me and multiplied it by the thickness of the bars and subtracted it from the total mass

i saw a video, every 6 inches, take a measurement (widest edge to edge) (if it has an angle, you measure the high point edge), then take that average inch, multiply that by length, then height, then divide all by 61 (61cu/inch per liter) (so example, 36" long x 1.75" thick, and avg 7" / 61 = 7.22 liters ) *then add extra 10% to that volume.
but that was done with one simple long 'river', for this, im not sure LOL
