Any Diet plan either keto or paleo , there are no still no scientific evidence yet, which one is good or bad, the idea is to limit the carbs, and run your body with fat/protien with no carbs, there are people dont understand ,both these diets correctly, green vegetables is a must in both which fixes your essential nutrients,I personally feel limit your carbs add more fiber with equal proteins and fat which is a balanced diet and avoid processed foods, this should help

Curd, baby corn are not paleo ingredients. What you cook is healthy diet with more protein. More protein will also undergo glycolysis and will be treated as carb only. Your recipes are Ike Atkins
