Love it, we're from VA, I stumbled on your videos searching for fellow Assateague pony fan videos. I know it's post harvest season but we highly recommend Stribling Orchard in Markham, VA. It's on the way to Skyline drive which is AMAZING at peak season. Be sure to follow the website or facebook page for the proper seasons for their different fruits. They have strawberries, peaches, and of course apples in late summer early fall along with pumpkins! The best part might be their shop that sells pastries, cider, and canned/jarred foods. Highly recommended. But yes, get there early or all us DMV people hit them hard and they get picked over FAST. lol. They do have bushels and containers by their country store in case the orchard is picked over from apple picking. Another go to spot is the Apple House for apple cider donuts! Seems like you all dig those baked goods. ;)
