If we can learn to cut our own bases and get them styled it would save a lot of money and time. Even get a local hairdresser to learn and then pay them £200 each time would be cheaper than the hair salon route.
Will we have to do that once receiving our hair systems ? Just wondering because I was with hair club but waaay to expensive with the monthly payments you have to make so I’m just trying to dig info on what to expect ordering
Hi Justin - if our stock hair systems fit you then you won't have to do this. Our default base size is 8" x 10" although some models are available in smaller sizes. If our sizes are too big for you then you would have to cut the base down to size or we can do it for you for an additional $10.
Hi there - whatever you do will alter the circumference. So, in this video, the circumference is now smaller than it was before the base was cut. Please let us know if the base size of a particular hair system you like is too large and we'd be happy to discuss your options with you.
I still don't quite understand how to do this. When you part the hair along the line with the tail comb, does the tail go between the lace and the hair? And are you cutting the hair off below the part? I thought you were supposed to only cut the lace but not the hair?

It's a very confusing video. For new people they should show how to cut with a razor. Plus we don't need needles music but what we do need is a person guiding this. Use a razor people. This video gets a thumbs down for sure.

As long as they're sharp, yes. You'll even see some using a razor blade. The important thing is to not cut any of the hair when you're doing this.

Yes, the extra skin or lace in front needs to be cut off before you attach the hair system on head.
