Greetings from England 🇬🇧. Guess what. We have installed a DLX this very day on our C7 Grand Sport. Ordered 15th December, arrived around 6th January. Only just got around to fitting it (it's cold outside). Not driven the car yet, just flipped through the modes. Thanks for the videos. We threaded the USB C up through the hole in the carpet then around to the centre console. The extra box behind the pedal is a bit ugly but don't look down there much.
@@TheRogueVette I am looking forward to trying it whilst driving for sure. I tested the pedal response with engine on. Ludicrous mode on 9 is definitely Ludicrous. I wonder what 'drag' is like as there are no numerical settings for that one! There are only 33 Grand Sports in the UK, with 27 including mine being an auto. We are leading the way here. App is a bit "off". Have you noticed the spelling mistakes? Obviously made in China! B
I installed a Sprint Booster. I like the option to set the throttle response I like and remove the controller for a “no modification” look. I set it at Sport (green) 1 on my 17’ manual G/S. The rest of the settings were way too responsive and eventually got on my nerves just cruising around.
Literally just finished installing mine this morning on my 2019 GS. I like SPO and SP1 as the more aggressive settings tend to get a little jerky with the manual transmission.
I have a manual too I use active rematch all the time it upshifts better when you are getting on it going into the next higher gear without feeling that slam from rpms not matching
This makes the car quicker and picks up faster when you smash the peddle. Doesn't give the car more HP but it gives the car better response like the power kicks in instantly. Smoke a lot of cars rolling :). Loved mine too. I set it on SP7. Don't try ludicrous mode unless you have really good tires and know what you're doing. I recommend anyone to get it, it's totally worth it. If you have your gf, wife, or someone whose not really experience drive your vette, put on eco mode, it'll feel safer than a Prius lol.
Thanks for the video of the upgrade. Very helpful! Just installed mine today and I highly recommend removing the pedal assembly as it makes routing the wiring so much easier.
It's to help control how much throttle response goes into the pedal when pressing down, it makes it so much more responsive, so you don't have to push down all the way, it feels quicker
Sorry did it in my garage, the wind was terrible that day and it was cold, I didn't want alot of wind noise in the background, at least I had a flashlight in most of the install process.

That's awesome! Let me know how the modes feel when you drive! It's definitely something you have to feel by your self.

Your spot on when describing the feel of this device! I love mine, definitely can feel the difference! Thanks for watching!
Great video, still rocking with you.
Think I may get one. From your reaction from sport 9, I'll keep mine in drag 9, lol, just kidding.
Lol yeah the drag mode omg it's insane! I forget to put it to that for going all out mode lol

Glad it helped!
Any promo code we can use for the purchase? Thank you! 🙏😊
No, sorry I wish I did 😔
Love this video, where did you get the carbon fiber piece that goes behind the middle compartment?
Thanks, are you talking about this one?

@@TheRogueVette yes thanks alot never thought about putting it back there! 👍🏻
@giolemus2951 no problem, enjoy
I wonder what this will do for 0-60 and 1/4 mile times?
It may may it quicker? Who knows!
What's the purpose of a throttle control? I would assume this is only for an automatic ??

Your check engine light is on, that from the throttle booster?
It's been corrected a long time ago, it was from the aftermarket headers, have to get it dyno tuned to make it go away.
Does this basically eliminate the huge lag these cars have when accelerating?
Yes to me I can definitely feel the difference. Much more responsive with thier throttle body and throttle controller package!
Does Lock mode still cause the car to idle or does the car stop moving completely?
I am not sure tbh sorry
Thanks
No problem.
Sub’d. Love that car bro. Beautiful
Appreciate it! Thank you!
nice vid..i have an 18 gr.sport...ive had one of these 4 aprox. a year ..have not installed it yet..im not a PHONE-GUY!!!can i still do it???
FLIP-CELLS RULE!!!
Thanks man, I mean you can still assemble it, you can keep it and store it incase you do end up using it.
Just use the sprint booster module. It’s way easier and works better
I've had no issues with my soler performance TC, works great for me, but thanks for the other mention.
Does this flash the ecu
No it doesn't I belive
I just installed the Soler BT in my Colorado ZR1, throttle resonse was a pig. So inpressed we're going to puit this in our C7 also, really good video!
Thank you! Glad you liked it! I definitely enjoy having the ability to adjust the throttle to make it more responsive.
I wish you would have used better lighting . Made it very difficult to see everything
