Mai 23 feb ko bike se gir gya tha
Mai apne yaha dr se dikhaya ex-ray normal hai bole ki ligament injury hai knee bress or medicine diye 10 days bad physiotherapy ke liye bole
Exercise kr rha hu
Phle se thoda relief hai
But Normal nhi hai
Leg pura fold or open ho jata hai but hlka stretching hai
Leg ko pura tite krne par hlka pain krta hai or hlka cut cut ki awaj aati hai
Knee me hlka swelling rhta hai
Stair or uneven surface par lgta hai ki chanak gya or
Exercise krne par hlka free hota hai
Please suggest me sir 🙏
Get an MRI of the knee
There may be some ligament injury which require treatment

Knee bress lagane se chanakna band ho gya hai or leg ko straight krne par ab pain nhi kr rha hai
Mai patna aakar jarur milunga sir
Mai student hu patna me hi rehta hu abhi Ghar pe hu sir kya mri karani padegi
