Gotta say that Mystic Marsh is WAY better looking now than it was in the original. Even the coloring looks less muddy and more vibrant (also those puffer-platypi are far less unsettling-looking).
Not agreeing with that. Original color palette was more unique and mystically looking. Also it's supposed to be a savannah, that's why colors are all muddy and yellowish.
@@ndJssFlurt well it was called Mystic Savannah or smth in the early game code. Plus, if you think about it - animals are from savannah, trees are very african-like and also the magicians guard the fountain as I believe it's like a magic source of water or smth. It's probably a combination of savannah and swamp though, but eh. I personally don't like how it looks. Pretty much the same as Idol Springs if you ask me. But that's okay, I respect your opinion.
Thanks so much for the help with the thieves. I watched how you caught them and did just about the same thing. This is the first time I have had much trouble catching them.
This level was ridiculous. The thief from the trees was ridiculous and it was probably more luck than skill that finally grabbed him. Man did it piss me off though.
Came here tips for that 4th thief... i was correct about the route... btw a tip: you have to run at least one round to catch up to him ;) just got him after learning to run and jump smoothly on this tree route
For the 4th thief if you just wait positioned by the kettle, he'll come to you. Now winter tundra says 401 gems but mystic marsh i just need 1 gem, could this be a glitch??

Not actually necessary, you can get him the first time if you just jump down on him when he's beneath you

The original thieves are in Shady Oasis and you have to chase them down for lamps.
