I set up my social studies class. The other four 5th grade teachers I work with also teach social studies. Is there a way for me to share my classroom with them so they don't have to recreate it themselves?

In the People menu, you can add them as a teacher. From there they should be able to duplicate your class.

How to generate attendance of the class?

You cannot generate attendance in Classroom, but if you use Google Meet, it will send you an email of when students join and exit your session.
