Excellent video and very useful information. Well done Travis. Thank you for sharing your time, experience and expertise. Pretty new to the ATV world but now have my son's 2004 Polaris Sportsman 700 EFI twin and seems I'm getting exposed to needed repairs pretty darn frequently. Currently getting ready to replace fuel line from tank to filter, fuel pump, foil on fuel tank (don't know what purpose it serves but what's there looks partially missing), a couple of outer CV boots (or maybe do complete replacement of the axles). Most every bushing I can see is either cracked/hard or missing so plan to replace them as well. Will be changing differential, transmission and engine lubricants too. Sure hope I'm not taking on more than I can handle but thanks to youtube videos I feel pretty confident that this old man can do it. Thanks again for sharing.
Below is a link to all the greasing tools we use. The 2nd link is to the locking coupler we use for everything. Hope this helps. www.trailkings.com/collections/greasing-products www.trailkings.com/collections/greasing-products/products/grease-gun-coupler
A link to the 7 pc kit is here: www.trailkings.com/collections/greasing-products/products/quick-connect-greasing-accessory-kit There are other greasing tools listed in the description of the video, depending what greasing tools you might need for your machine.

Cordless gun, my number one tool! Used to dread greasing equipment so much. Now I look for stuff to grease. The gun makes all the difference.
we agree 100%... it changed the game for us also.

thanks, we appreciate you watching.
What kind of grease (kind and name brand) should be used for zerks and wheel bearing? Thanks.
I use high temp. grease from autozone. It’s usually red in color. Any grease will do if you can’t find high temp grease.
