Leaving the bone in is fine for catfish that size, but I recommend cutting the catfish in half along the back bone. Also catfish are really thick so I recommend that you gash the half with the bone in it down to the bone with the gashes being an inch apart. That allows the catfish to cook evenly and for you to not end up overcooking the thin parts of the catfish and still having the thick parts not being fully dun all the way through.

We got an air fryer/ mini convection oven this week, and chicken wings with just salt and pepper turned out so great! Such a neat appliance, and it won’t make our house as hot as the full-sized oven would. Yay!

I said it last vid and I'm gonna say it again, please try using a zoom groom or other bathing brush! It helps you really scrub them down to get them nice and clean. In my experience (of course this is with dogs and not goats) it helped bath time go along a lot faster.
We did Story Worth the last time you advertised! I got it for my grandmother for mothers day! We've done it every week. This is actually the first week we haven't done it because of a couple of surgeries my baby and I went through! Such a cool gift!
You guys have done such good training with Salem. Giant Schnauzers can be a bit aggressive but she doesn't seem to have any of that in her. And....that is one happy dog, does my heart good. That you so much.
I love how Elsa just follows you guys! I have a KuneKune piglet named Freya born only a few weeks before Elsa and she too loves just hanging out wherever we're at on the farm! Great video!! 😊
I was inspired you guys to do my own garden the last 2 years. Last year I did a hanging basket veggie garden. This year I bought garden metel tubs to make a big garden. So I got corn, zucchini, 2 types of cucumber, pumpkin, beef tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, big boy tomatoes, green peppers, strawberry, spinach, and 6 different kinds of lettuce. We also did flowers in my hanging baskets on our deck as well as fresh herbs (oregano, Basil, parsley, and cilantro). It's been a lot of fun growing my own food stuff. And tasty 😋😊
