[4K] American Airlines Museum - Air Museum Series #3

This museum is named for Cyrus Rowlett "C.R." Smith, who was the CEO of American Airlines from 1934 to 1968 and from 1973 to 1974. The exhibits include a Douglas DC-3 that you can go inside, a MD-80 cockpit, numerous large scale airplane models, displays of engines, uniforms, memorabilia, and various airline facts and history, etc. Plus, there are interactive exhibits, such as flight simulators, and a 9-11 Memorial, a theater, and a gift shop.

Yep...one complete airplane and one MD-80 cockpit. But I still enjoyed the museum. 🙂
