I could totally relate to this....for me music is my refuge.i could crawl into the space between notes and curl my back to loneliness....Some days, 24 hours is too much to stay put in, so I take the day hour by hour, moment by moment. I break the task, the challenge, the fear into small, bite-size pieces. I can handle a piece of fear, depression, anger, pain, sadness, loneliness, illness. I actually put my hands up to my face, one next to each eye, like blinders on a horse... actually loneliness kills....it's poverty of self and solitude is richness of self....
That's the way we need of handling ourselves. Break, plan and follow. This increases patience and interest and it's the only way to do something we don't like to.

I am 13 years old and tried an experiment with me that I will not touch mobile and TV in my exams ( except the very important phone call) for finding meanings I use dictionary instead of Google and in exams I was feeling very energetic even at 12 pm and learning capacity is increased and I can concentrate on my work 100 times better ,So the conclusion of this experiment was that mobile phones decrease our working , innovativeness, learning and thinking power which our very important for the future of us and country. MOBILE PHONES ARE DECREASING OUR AND COUNTRY SUCCESSFUL FUTURE. But we can come out of this with will power that I will touch the mobile unless and until it's not very important THANK YOU

I could totally relate to this....for me music is my refuge.i could crawl into the space between notes and curl my back to loneliness....Some days, 24 hours is too much to stay put in, so I take the day hour by hour, moment by moment. I break the task, the challenge, the fear into small, bite-size pieces. I can handle a piece of fear, depression, anger, pain, sadness, loneliness, illness. I actually put my hands up to my face, one next to each eye, like blinders on a horse... actually loneliness kills....it's poverty of self and solitude is richness of self....

I am 13 years old and tried an experiment with me that I will not touch mobile and TV in my exams ( except the very important phone call) for finding meanings I use dictionary instead of Google and in exams I was feeling very energetic even at 12 pm and learning capacity is increased and I can concentrate on my work 100 times better ,So the conclusion of this experiment was that mobile phones decrease our working , innovativeness, learning and thinking power which our very important for the future of us and country. MOBILE PHONES ARE DECREASING OUR AND COUNTRY SUCCESSFUL FUTURE. But we can come out of this with will power that I will touch the mobile unless and until it's not very important
