, Whatever little I know about India-Nepal relations, I think the Nepalese general public has a blackmailing attitude towards India. They enjoy the access to Indian services, at the same time they continuously complain about Indian government.

With all due respect i dont feel so, I think the Nepalese general public has a retributive outlook towards India and rightfully so because the indian outlooks in the region has always been hegimonial and to potray dominance from involvement of the Indian government in internal matters of Nepal to the border embargo to the attitude that the indian government has in general poterayed towards Nepal has been very aggressor like, and the access to the indian services is not something we get for free? we are paying for it, its like saying you cant complain about your internet service provider just because they provide you with the internet. And lastly the point of administrative assistance and help is very well appreciated by the Nepalsese people however to put it correctly you cant boast saying I provided the medicine to someone when you are the one inflicting the wound.

      Very stupid logic.
Who cares about the views of Nepalese citizen that are forced to work in a poor country like India?
