Tara Robinson ~ another thing worth mentioning about filing is that the Empower top coat doesn’t chip or flake. I usually touch mine up every few days with a file and nothing happens with the top coat! It’s amazing, I can’t say how much this product has been a game changer for me 💕

Hi!! Could you clairfy on minute 8:35, where you say that you do one finger at a time, and then you cure each one in between? If so, how long each finger needs to be in the lamp? Or do you just wait for the entire hand to be finished and then cure them all at the same time for 60 seconds? TY!
Hi, while you are working on one clients hand their other hand will be in the light and you move back and forth working one finger at a time until they are complete then cure for a full 60 seconds in our Pulse LED lamp. Please know that using our lamp is crucial for a proper cure and preventing allergies 🩷

I just ordered your products to do with gel x and I’m so excited to learn structure gel. I had a client come in today and she wanted structure gel, I used the Apres extend gel (which was getting hard because it was exposed to light) I feel like it did fine but not at structured as I would like 😢

Our gel is a base and color in one. So, no need for a separate base coat. However you do need to cure a thin layer before applying your structure. Hope that helps and happy 2025!
what does the beveling do? does it help prevent the natural nail from peeling away from the gel at the free edge? i’m having that issue and maybe i need to bevel?
Yes, you absolutely do not want to try to do all 5 nails then put them in the light. You'll cure between each layer (30 seconds for thin, 60 seconds for building layer, 120 sec. gradual cure if experiencing heat spikes). As soon as the builder layer is there, you'll cure it.
I love luminary and so do all of my clients. They prefer it over extensions. The only struggle I have is sometimes it melts to fast and I have to start that finger over!
The temperature of your room and of your clients hands can make a huge difference in how quickly the product moves. Try to keep you room a little cooler and if your clients hands are warm have her come out of the light sooner between nails, just make sure to do a full cure at the end. 😃
