Met den auto is opt gemak. Vertrekken wanneer ge wilt. Beke rond toeren met goei muziek op. Betalen met bericht op de gsm. Shoppen. Alles in de koffer. Opt gemakske tot thuis op den oprit rijden.
En ze zijn bijna altijd te laat, maar wanneer je dan zelf eens 1min te laat aan de bushalte staat is de kans groot dat die dan net wat vroeger was en al voorbij is gereden. Dan mag je vaak 30min of een uurtje wachten op de volgende. Je hebt maar zelden een zitplaats tijdens de spits, meestal sta je een hele weg als sardientjes op elkaar gedrukt. Wat ook al niet fijn is wanneer sommige mensen niet zo lekker ruiken. Dan is het ook vaak onmogelijk om nog van die bus af te geraken wanneer die te vol staat. Je kan ook al niet, zoals in het filmpje, je spullen op de zetel naast je plaatsen. Je bent 45min onderweg naar een bestemming waar je met de wagen op 20min kan geraken, om nog maar te zwijgen over lange afstanden (NMBS is niet beter). Indien ik nu het openbaar vervoer zou nemen ben ik elke dag in totaal 3:40u onderweg en met de auto 1u. Sorry maar dan is mijn keuze vlug gemaakt, ik ben blij dat ik al dit gedoe niet meer hoef mee te maken. Leve de auto!
Openbaar vervoer geeft meer stress dan auto. Ik woon zo'n 35 km van mijn werk en met openbaar vervoer zit ik 3 à 4 uren onderweg, terwijl met de auto maar 1 uur. Ik mis mijn bus naar werk omdat mijn trein bijna elke dag 10 minuten vertraging heeft. Stomme reclame dus.
