Many of my ancestors fought in the Carlist wars, even my grandfather who in the beginning of the Spanish civil war was an anarchist in the basque army. Was latter saved from execution by his grandfather making him join a carlist regiment.
He fought in both sides of the war. Funny thing that at the end of the war he was imprison again with many members of that regiment, for not subscribing the Decree of unification by Franco to unite the Falange and Carlists in one single entity.
That was a great video keep up the good work.
My grandfather was a Carlist from Navarra who fought against so called Basques who took up arms for the communist republic. Ever since the industrial revolution brought unions , socialism and eventually harline communis to the north. Any Basque who does not recognise Navarra as the only basque country is a communist scum bag that needs to be shot. Death to the invented 'euzkadi' long live Catholic, independent Navarre with its own monarchy. Death to pretend basques long live Christ the king!
Those are the same over simplifications and "meme history" lessons that the left use to hate on tradition and religion. Such as Spaniards genocide entire america or the Spanish inquisition worse than the gestapo to name a few.
By falling to use the same rubbish arguments as them you are discrediting what you try to defend.

The Kingdom of Navarre was a viceroyalty in the kingdom of Castile, which supported the winning candidate and could continue to be its regional institutions.
But Aragon supported the losing candidate and because of that lost its regional institutions after the Bourbons came to the Spanish throne.
Carlos promised to give them their lost privileges.

Dona Isabel and Carlos were changed from Spanish due to a mess up pronunciation to Queen Isabella & Charles also by the way Alfonso in Spanish were changed as well due to the same messed-up pronunciation to Alfred Jabzy. Please change the Spanish names to English counterparts so that I can discuss a lot.

hey jabzy your content would be plenty improved if you ditched the ms paint deal and replaced it with say some maps to visualize, or use paintings or busts for the faces of people. For battles you could use tactical maps as well.
That would take ages to produce though. Right now theres channels like EpicHistoryTV that do that really well. However I'm knocking out a new video roughly every 4 days, so I'm going for quantity I think.

The French became monarchist?
Of Course. After Napoleon they reverted to a monarchy, then an Empire under Napoleon III. After that elections were solidly for a monarchy but the left ignored the results of the election (ring any bells....?). There are still very large numbers of monarchists in some parts of France and even larger numbers who wouldn't say no.
