      if our users have some eSIM plan, then we can use this eSIM data plan on this eSIM router device, which will act as the hotspot, offering safe network access to users, for example, when travelling, when attending business conference, etc.

      We do have quite a lot of customers from UAE, on this eSIM 4G MIFI router device. Yes. OKAY, let me make a brief talk with our engineers about it for details.

      Update. I have just talked with our engineers about it. It is as follows. We had two customers from UAE, who used the eSIM service offered by DU service providers, and it is smooth to use. As to other users from UAE, we didn't get detailed info, yet, until we didn't hear from other UAE users who reported problem when they use this eSIM 4G MIFI router device. So, I think that the answer is YES.

      @@superengineeramir Hi friend. 1) It is suggested that you make a diret check with local DU operator, asking whether the service provider place some extra restrictions on the eSIM service that it offeres. For example, if the operator regulates that its eSIM service can only support smartphone and cannot support router as hotspot, or if the operator only supports some specific designated smartphone/ router partnering with it, then naturally, the eSunFi router cannot be compatible. This can be inspected at first. 2) If it is confirmed that there exists no special restrictions regulated by this eSIM service provider, then, you can inspect whether each step is processed in correct way. Sure, you can contact us through email, fowarding necessary demo video, and perhaps the details can be inspected in further. Yes. Email, Alexanderwu110@gmail.com .

    wher i can find this esim maneger app ? nothing in the instruction

      @lilyyan5645  ปีที่แล้ว

      Actually, the app's QR code is printed on the manual file inside the packaging. It is simple to find it through inputting “eSIM Manager” either on Android Store (Android smartphone) or Apple Store (iPhone). It shall be simple and convenient and download and install.

    Will i be able to use it in Europe?

    • @lilyyan5645
      @lilyyan5645  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Actually most of our users are from Europe, like Italy, Germany, Spain, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Slovakia, etc. Briefly say, if our users have some eSIM plan, then we can use this eSIM data plan on this eSIM router device, which will act as the hotspot, offering safe network access to users, for example, when travelling, when attending business conference, etc.

      Some extra info is shared with you. Regarding the eSIM service providers that are after our test, there are currently three providers that cannot support using our eSunFi router device.
      Our engineers tried them by themselves and figured out the possible reasons.
      1. spusu.
      This service provider only supports its own designated smartphone or eSim device.
      Obviously, our eSunFi router device is not within this list, since now we have no official cooperation with it.
      2. Holafly.
      Our engineers also tested this. The eSim service can be normally downloaded, yes.
      Howeer, Holafy doesn't support its eSIM service to be taken as hotspot to be shared with other devices, as what you already know.
      So, undoubtedly its eSIM service cannot be used by our SunFi router device.
      3. iFree MOGO.
      This service provider only supports eSim smartphone, or their own designated specific 4G eSIM router devices to use.
      And obviously, now we don't have official cooperation with this service provider, and thus our router device is not among the designated devices that it supports.
      All these are due to the limitation set by these service providers themselves, since they only support their own designated smartphone/ hotspot devices.
      Except from these three that are listed, now all other eSim service providers that are after our engineers' test and also various other end users' test prove to be compatible.
      For example, Ubigi, airalo, keego, LNKS GO, YOHOMOBILE, iLocalMe, EasyeSim, roambuddy, MobiMatter, Orange, eSIMGO, GIGSKY, KeSIM, 3, and various other eSim service providers are after test, and prove to be compatible.

    Will it work with networks in saudi arabia

    • @lilyyan5645
      @lilyyan5645  ปีที่แล้ว

      Actually, it is compatible with 3G/4G standard with most nations worldwide. In the meantime, yes, we do have customers from Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, and othe Gulf nations.
      In the meantime, we have quite a lot of users from European nations, incl. UK, Italy, Greece, Norway, Germany, France, Czech Republic, from American regions, incl. United States, Canada, Mexico, from Asian nations, like Japan and South Korea, etc. Now, there are various eSIM service providers that were after test by our own engineering team, incl. such as Ubigi, Airalo, keepgo, YOHOMOBILE, ilocalMe, easyeSIM, roambuddy, MobiMatter, orange, eSIMGO, GIGSKY, KeSIM, 3, LNKS GO, etc. Only one eSIM provider, which is SPUSU, is tested incompatible. All other service providers are tested compatible. Yes.
      By the way, it supports eSIM mode in default. And of course, it also supports physical SIM mode too, yet, our users will have to do some operations and settings change.
      Here, I share with you some files about use of the device for our customers (potential customers), which could be meaningful.

      Info is shared as above, which I trust shall be comprehensive enough. Regards.
