    Basic posture Tree posture in yoga.., I have been doing… I am 68 years old… I do yoga regularly… core strengthening…. It’s easy…..every one should take care of themselves.. my hospitals or medicinal bills zero

    నా కాళ్ళ కి slight Paralysed ఉన్నా కూడా నేను 1.5 minute నిలబడ్డాను ఎడమ కాలు ఒంటి కాలు మీదే....నాకేమీ special energy వచ్చినట్టు లేదే.... ఏదొక కొత్తది చెప్పి Public ni Trash లో పెడతారు అంతేనా
