Thanks. I did my maintenance last week. The one tire with the shaft that has the Spline. I wish I saw this fine video prior. I couldn’t figure out why it wouldn’t go back in all the way. That washer has to be moved around until it slides in properly. It was frustrating until I moved the washer and it slid in. Great, informative video, thanks. Mike i. 24:44

Another place to consider in the cables. They get water in them and over time will rust. Spray a little "Chain and Cable" lube down the inside of the cable, this will extend their life. The pins on the auger are called shear pins, as they will shear when under tress, saving your auger gears.

Grease or Never-Seize should be put on the axles annually. Quick procedure once used to it.
No idea why manufacturers (all brands) don’t dollop some grease on the axles before they leave the factory.
Very expensive repair if the axle need to be cut in half for internal mechanical service.

Spray with fluid film it’s very thick and stays on much longer rub it all over the blower it also keeps rust away.
