He said, 🥺 "That's how he stepped to her?" 😂😂😂 I would've IMMEDIATELY apologized to Michael, there is no other way. HIs vocals are too silky smooth not to apologize.
Micheal Jackson was the chosen one ☝️ gifted , talented, could dance total package. Really the whole family was talented but Micheal stood out. Y’all crazy 😂
GOAT of GOATS.. Best to ever do it.. Happy 63rd heavenly birthday KING. I am sorry this cruel world (mainly American media) could not fully appreciate your warmth and brilliance
My boy Mike is singing this and people be like... Smokey, who? 😂 The pure heart and soul Michael put into this was effortless to him. We'll never have anyone like MJ again! One time magical, awe-inspiring, jaw-dropping, amazingly gifted, most talented person to grace this planet! The emotion felt by people whenever he wanted to invoke it? He never fails to draw you in and floor you at some point, especially when he was belting a tune like this out... and everyone else is like, "HOW TF DID THAT JUST HAPPEN, MICHAEL?" And Mike be like... "What? How did what just happen?" It was as simple as breathing to him. Absolutely magical! Love you, #ForeverMichael ❤❤❤❤
STILL AMAZING-I watched this on vhs constantly in the 80s. It was a sure fire hit at slumber parties where we laughed ourselves silly over their “ groovy” costumes and ridiculous dance moves- but the catchy music, and powerful vocals were irresistible and undeniable. Michael was pure charisma and charm. Classic performance.
I saw them sing these songs in1971 at MSG in NYC ..been a fan since day one. The J5 might not be the greatest group of all time, but Michael was the greatest entertainer of all time.
I grew up same time as Michael and the Jackson 5! Everyone on planet earth loved The Jackson 5! As a 11 year old girl , I fell head over heels for Michael, I loved him my entire life. Rest in Peace Angel, Michael Joseph Jackson. ❤️
Mrs. Jackson said Michale had an old soul at a very young age. And that Michael could sang a song like he had experienced it before. Mrs. Jackson said Michale could feel what he was singing.
This man gave the world 5 decades of life, his whole life! I'm proud I had a chance to witness the greatness and I'd say whoever he was channeling from up there for us, it was beautiful! MJ, I apologize for the society which sucked your blood dry... (
Ugh I love it. Such a satisfying reaction!! I don’t understand how anyone can listen to little Michael and not absolutely lose their minds… that amount of soul in that tiny body is just insane. I also love that you gave some love to Marlin… and Jackie.. I love him and I’m totally here for it… but yeah 🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂
Seriously, from birth to death, Michael Jackson may have had one of the best voices of all time. He was certainly amazing in his later years, but those early years when he hadn't even hit his teens, and he is belting out blues and soul like nobody's business...it is a thing to behold! When I was around 7, for my birthday my older brother bought me The Jackson 5 Greatest Hits for my birthday. I treasure it to this day (partly because my older brother left us about 20 years ago, 40 years too soon). Not enough attention is paid to Michael's genius as a child, as well as the genius of his siblings who rode a very strange ride during those early years. You can see the brilliance in clips like these. And he started singing when he was 8 years old! Interestingly, he was born three years after the brother that gave me the album that I cherish to this day. Curious how life works. But to "the next generation": this is a child, backed up by children, singing without autotune. There is magic going on here. :)
He really was a gift of God to Mankind. The greatest entertainer ever!! There's no one closest to Michael.i just saw thriller 40 on Paramount today. Amazing
I loved your reaction. The way he left the room after only the first few seconds, because that alone was mindblowing already. Especially from an artist so young. There’ll never be another like Michael, he was a gift from the heavens, blessed with a voice that was out of this world, divinity in motion, and the most generous and kind-hearted soul this world has ever seen.
MICHAEL WAS AN A WHOLE OTHER LEVEL!!! NO ARTIST WILL REACH HIS AMOUNT OF SUCCESS! HE WORKED HARD FOR IT AND DESERVED IT!! GONE TOO SONE, rest in peace MICHAEL JACKSON, THE KING OF POP!!🙌🏾🙌🏾❤❤👑👑🔥🔥🕊🕊
This is good stuff guys, it's like kids laughing at their uncle behind his back at the family get together, then telling him: keep singing uncle Jackie 😂😂😂😂😂
I was 12 years old when I first heard about the Jackson Five but I never get tired of seeing the reactions from young people who are seeing them perform for the first time as youngsters. This was a live performance with no margin for error.
Okay I've been following you guys for a long time and I've never seen this and I am so f****** old that I was around during this time and saw them on The Ed Sullivan Show😅😅😅 FYI Sunday night and the Ed Sullivan Show was the place to be😅😅😅😅
My reaction was also the same when I heard the song "who's loving you" first time. Even I couldn't control myself I started crying. What a powerful voice in such young age....... Michael was like a God gift to earth.
I was gonna say as bad as Joe's treatment of them was.. Preformences like these showed that the work (not the punishments) paid off.. These are kids and grown experienced artists wherent as put together as the Jackson 5 was..
People who saw Michael sing used to think he was a midget and didn’t believe a 10 yr old boy could sing that way. Also Barry Gordy said Michael sang the song better than the original Smokey Robertson at Michaels memorial
My King was, is, and will always be the GOAT! Rest in peace my angel, this shitty world didn't appreciate you. Now you're in a better place. PS: I laughed the hell outta me with your reaction to Jackie🤣🤣🤣
People dont know . anytime anyone tells u Prince or Michael, or any other pathetic rival they come up with, play them this performance by this amazing guy. none of these artists including any of his peers measure up to him by any means. he is the greatest child singer that ever lived who became the greatest entertainer that ever lived. Smokey Robinson wrote this song and even jokes that this little kid stole my song and made me believe he lived through that experience . Great female singers have covered this song ever since and none of them could ever meet how Mike sang it as a child. Phenomenal artist and human being
God blessed MJ and the rest of them in spite of everything. It’s a shame that we don’t understand. Old school soul was in full effect. R&B. Soul. Motown vibe? Yes.
I've been trying to find ur video for soo o long ! I remember watching this and lmao ! As a kid me and my brother were like, Jackie a whole man and 7'1 !! I never thought I would find 2 guys that felt the same !!
The other main soloist also playin bass is Jermaine Jackson, he was 13 or 14. Jackie was oldest like 16or17. Fellas, these were children performing like seasoned veterans. When Michael said ‘cookies’, he talkin about desert cookies, schoolyard playground sandbox. Their dad (mean)Joe Jackson as not lettin the boys get no parts of the cookies ya’ll tryin to implyin. People talk about MJ of music & MJ of basketball, like they jus dropped out the sky win great. J-5 used to do Apollo & Mike would be standing backstage watching all the major acts on stage, soakin that ish in like a sponge,& he had & it would come out when it was his time bring it. And yeah Jackie was the oldest who happened to sing the highest which was partially falsetto. Tito the guitarist on the left was 2nd oldestlike 15 or 16, who had a bass voice & would sing low parts. That was what most Motown male groups also had, like Temptations, The Four Tops, & The Miracles with lead singer Smokey Robinson having the high voice. Even Jermaine at 13 on the right, playing bass guitar, had a gritty voice for his age, & it actually got smoother &:richer as he got older. You should check some of his solo hits: Daddy’s Home (teenager), Let’s Get Serious, Do What You Did, Don’t Take It Personal. To really help get a foundation for soul music, I’d highly recommend, HITSVILLE: The Making of Motown, & Michael Jackson’s Journey From Motown to Off the Wall.
I thought when I watched this performance reaction sometime ago in my home country Saudi Arabia I thought you guys killed it but now when I watched it again when I am in San Diego California for my summer vacation I am certain your reaction to this video is legendary. You guys are amazing 🤩

bruh the EMOTIONS I get when I see lil baby Michael singing! Absolutely murdered this song
the Jackson’s are simply music royalty. They don’t get NEARLY the credit or hype they deserve
Preach! All 9 kids and credit to Joseph & Katherine.
Michael Jackson was my first celebrity crush. I was fortunate to see the Jackson 5 perform live in 1974 & 1975
Nah if you listen closely only two of them can actually sing and it ain’t the older brother 😂
The second lead in the Jackson 5 was Jermaine. He is the one that was singing the second lead in 'Stand' and 'Want you Back'.
Jermaine brings that bass & soul
