A lot of people don't realize that the .50 cal round sprays paraffin wax everywhere. I'll bet Mere wasn't pleased!

I have extensive experience and knowledge in repairing water damaged homes. The two products that we primarily used to combat (killing) mold spores are Dawn dish soap (not any other soap) and a product called Benefect Natural Disinfectant. Make a strong soapy solution with the Dawn dish soap and put it in a sprayer and spray on affected areas liberally and let dry, once dry the mold spores will be dead and then you can remove mold stains at this point if you choose but not necessary if it's going to get covered up. Even if you think that the osb flooring or any other wood that got wet is good, it's always a good practice to spray those areas because if you miss some mold spores, they can start to spread at a later time. Benefect is my go to and Dawn is my backup. Hope this information helps you. God Bless.

Whenever it comes time to wire the place, you'll probably want to thing about some ethernet, as the place is big enough that full wireless could be hard to maintain throughout the house (at a consistently usable speed).

It's great how Matt has progressed over the years. He started out shooting random shotgun shells on demo ranch, then began his own vet clinic, after that he created off the ranch and his own line of merch. All of which are successful and now he's about to finish a mansion which he bought and helped repair! It's really motivating.
I did just realized in this video that Matt is getting some grey in that beard... Which makes me feel old because of how young he was when he started all this.

You are technically correct and as we all know technically correct is the best kind of correct.
The sad part is that the slingshot could have been used to teach the boy everything he'll need to know when he's old enough to join his father in enjoying Matt's "pew-pew" hobby. Instead, he pretty much just handed the boy the slingshot, said "go have fun", and how it's sitting in the trash because of it. Sadly, opportunities were missed.

I would assume he would, but it probably won't be as power efficient as hoped
@@RottingFarmsTV given the size of grounds, it probably would be better and easier to mount those on a ground farm. Then one can have them on perfect alignment on adjusted mounts and perfect direction.
No dangerous and expensive work of lifting and installing them 2 floor up on the roof. Plus usually one newer can get them on as good pointing compared to dedicated mounts from get go situated to have best angle.
Home roofs are usually used only when there is no room to spread the panels on ground or something high shadows them at ground level.
I totally cannot imagine not installing solar ... big house needs lots of A/C.

Christopher Wedemeyer it depends on the person. When I finished my basement it was a ton of backbreaking work, but it was so fun seeing the progress every day and was the most satisfying thing in the world when it was done. My man cave is just how I wanted it.
This house is going to be so nice. Matt you seriously deserve everything you worked for. I plan on having a career as successful as yours. I’m positive my plan will work for me. If not I have a few more ideas stored.

I’ve gotta say, I love that you are doing a 3-4/12 pitch roof on the mansion. I deliver roofing materials onto rooftops, and it frustrates me to see huge homes with 12/12 pitch roofs that have no rooms upstairs. Because 12/12’s are hard to work on. So thank you for having a lower pitch roof even though it is a huge house. 🙏
Gotta say, the house is really starting to look pretty good! The original configuration and details were tacky in the extreme!

Putting in a sliding/folding door was one of the best things I’ve done to my house. Totally superior door!
Those roof extensions are to avoid the barber chair look as water runs down the wall from the roof. Gonna be so sweet
Big openning for fresh air, matt risinger is making you a very tight house which means you ll have to keep that door closed and use the mechanized ventilation

The biggest sliding glass door I have ever installed was 16 ft long. Yours is going to be massive. And it's probably going to cost you an arm and a leg got to love that custom work. But the place is coming along great so far, I've been watching this series for the past month or so. You guys are doing a great job on it, congratulations from Pismo Beach California.
