I guess Stormtroopers missing easy shots and Leia knocking out a Stormtrooper with a tree branch when she clearly didn't swing it hard enough to knock him out is also a deal-breaker?
I stared playing it recently, maybe 2 days ago. So I didn’t see the launch issues. My first impression was how well built the world was. Really felt immersed. But some of the fighting mechanics and the blaster issues you pointed out in the video stood out to me. Another issue for me was how it felt like nix was a get out of jail free card. It doesn’t seem like there’s a chance he’ll get caught or any risk at all once you deploy him. I wish they’d make his use more tactical. Besides that you pretty much covered the issues I saw in the game. Hope they address some of these things in the update.
Still loving this game, despite the bugs and complaints. I've been playing from day 1 release date. I've been playing for around 70 hours and still haven't completed it, just about half of the final planet (Akiva) to go, and then I need to go back to a few spots on different world that I can't access without the cutters. Sure I've done all side quests and spent a shit ton of time play Sabacc, but overall, I'm really pleased. It was overpriced for most people and I can understand that, but I feel I've REALLY got my money's worth 😁
Some people just don't like anything about modern gaming because they're broke. You don't have to pay for Gold or Ultimate editions and you can buy it piecemeal, but some people have hated DLC since its inception. I'm about to buy this game, but let people cry. My only gripe is Roadmaps and the pre-launch DLC plans. I just wish that Ubisoft would stop that because its intimidating for some to think like this is just a cash cow. I think they should embrace what From Software did with Eldin Ring. Release the game, make no mention of DLC then come out with a $40 DLC that's almost as big as the base game then peace out.
I enjoyed the game and didn’t experience bugs so I wasn’t as butt hurt as some others anyway I’m happy they’re not abandoning the game the way BioWare did with Andromeda (I didn’t get angry until they did that since I thought the game had potential) and am looking forward to the coming updates I just hope the DLC is decent. They need to deliver there
Do you guys recommend I wait until the update on the 21st comes out to play this game? I started a campaign after the second update, but all I keep hearing is how much different the game will be after the 21st. I'm torn.
@@LunarSquadron I'm honestly hesitant, especially about stealth improvements. Not only does ubisoft need to improve with silenced weapons and more stealth gadgets, but Ubisoft NEEDS to get rid of the forced stealth entirely! I don't like forced stealth in any game, but it is completely pointless in star wars outlaws. To call the stealth in outlaws bad would be an understatement. This can't be the same ubisoft that made splinter cell blacklist and ghost recon future soldier.
I just want them to keep up the quality of the main character model's face and smooth gameplay. Over haul the game much as possible. This month should be a good one for "Outlaws. Great video guys and I appreciate it.
I'm fine with the way the game was released. The price point will always bother me but most game basic cost $69.99 and then climb when you add the extras on. I'm from a time when a Sega genesis game was $19.99-$29.99. As far as quality of life improvements they fixed the one bug that enhanced gameplay the stun setting on the blaster. So either fix the cool down or add a section where we can upgrade stun setting. Also add more random speederbike races, random sabacc games/npc and a few more credit sinks, I'm sitting pretty with over $90,000 credits and I haven't done the last part of the game yet.
Big star wars fan and Ive played the main story arc twice. Definitely feel they shouldn't get credit for what they should have done in he first place. Would love to see more content and storylines being added. Either way, wont stop playing this game.
Enjoying the game..but there are still two side quests still bugged that drives me nuts . With that said kind of wish the Meal mini game was replayable as I enjoyed the little moments like that..
Ugh I’m stuck in Jabbas palace trying to escape that damn rancor and I just can’t. I’ve gotten him to ram the exit door once but for the second time I keep dying trying to avoid being shot and being killed by the monster.
The next update should address PC stability. Weeks later, this AAA game keeps crashing. What's the point of improving gameplay if you can't even play the damn game for more than an hour (if lucky) before it freezes and crashes back to the desktop. I'm close to uninstalling it and giving up with it entirely.
Does anyone know why I can’t check the crashed sand crawler on tattooine? I have tried a million times and it doesn’t work when I try to go through the crack I’m on ps5 for reference
It’s not said and done. This was the theme for years, “glad they’re addressing these issues but wish this is how the game launched.” I feel for the fans of this franchise that spent over $109 for an incomplete lack luckster game, only to beat it and then realize that only now new people picking up this game are getting a more polished game. Most people have beat this game already and now they hop back in for a DLC? Shameful.
This game desperately needed a character created and class system. There, bounty hunter, Jedi should have been the classes. Huge missed opportunity for one not to be able to Jet pack around this world.
Can’t agree here. It’s not a sandbox. It’s about a thief navigating the criminal syndicates. It had to differentiate itself from the Fallen Order games. But a bounty hunter as perhaps a protagonist in a sequel that has Kay as one of their associates might be an interesting option to continue the overall story.

Not all issues can be addressed due to some of them being in the gameplay. One of my issues is Kaye punching helmeted stormtroopers
I can't even fight this one because it's legit. It bothered me to, but I just have to remember to turn off my brain. LOL.

I’ve been loving this game since launch.
low standards
Even with all the bugs?😮
I was asked if I've ever eaten camel? Only the toe...
Of course you do, normies love subpar experiences.
Yeah, let's hate on someone for liking something. It's not going to fill that void in your lives.

Though a minor, useless complaint: I really wished they gave the Imperials the appropriate outfits like Sandtroopers on Tatooine.
Nothing's minor when every glimpsed alien and every minor character has a full-page wiki on it. Star Wars, for some, is a serious hobby.

Theres nothing to do in the game once i finished it, sad, game is so nice
Im in the same boat done everything just waiting for the DLC now.

How far into the game are you?

I'm totally excited about playing this game as long as the First Person Patch keeps getting developed because that's the only way I'll play the game.

That's a great point how they're choosing to respond compared to BGS
I can’t wait for Wild Card! And Pirate’s Fortune? Do you think there will be more DLCs after that given Outlaws’ performance?
I highly doubt that there’s no way.
Honestly probably not but we hope so!

They really want to fix this game before Christmas 😂

I’m waiting and see what happens. I wanna buy a finished game.
I haven’t played this in a couple weeks I have to see what new updates there are
I got the gold edition so kind of waiting for the DLC
Rifle rack on speeder would be nice
Enjoying the game..but there are still two side quests still bugged that drives me nuts . With that said kind of wish the Meal mini game was replayable as I enjoyed the little moments like that..
I hope they fix how blurry the game is on series x on performance mode i hope they up the base resolution a little bit like bg3 did
Ugh I’m stuck in Jabbas palace trying to escape that damn rancor and I just can’t. I’ve gotten him to ram the exit door once but for the second time I keep dying trying to avoid being shot and being killed by the monster.
You have use nix to start the conveyor best carrying explosives its located left of exit door where you can send nix to push the button
@ yeah I know about the moving belts with the explosives you’re supposed to shoot at but it hard for me to line up a shot without getting killed 😂
My game bugged out and I did not unlock rapid configuration for the plasma ammo

I just hope the new patch won't screw up the ps5 version again
Had to start a new gameplay as you can't get treasure chest in Pyke place on Toshara as door is locked after you do mission they need to fix it
Make sure you submit a bug report if you haven’t already!
@@LunarSquadron have done with video to hopefully they will fix it but started off a new gameplay just in case it doesn't get fixed
The game NEEDS better customization especially Kay’s hair good lord it’s ugly
Finally
Does anyone know why I can’t check the crashed sand crawler on tattooine? I have tried a million times and it doesn’t work when I try to go through the crack I’m on ps5 for reference
Same
I’d rather them fix and improve the game, there is so much more they can add.
Its not just constuctive criticism. Its straight up abuse depending on what somepeople said.
Should I buy and play this game over the weekend? Or is it worth waiting? I've been on the fence.
I'm done buying games at launch, learned my lesson with Cyberpunk. We as a community must stop buying games at launch.

Bargain bin game maybe like worth 15 20 bucks if they improve it
I'm about to buy this game. IDC. There's a lot of negativity surrounding any AAA title these days. It's really sad.

Not it dont. Go back to yo gma basement lol
Still looks like trash on PS5 and this is unacceptable
