@Dualxboxfanboy The ps vita is the winner but not by far. But I have to point out some mistakes the iphone 4s has a 960x640 display not 640x960. Also the iphone 4s has a 1gz dual core processor but it is downclocked to 800mhz but developer have full power to max it out. Also the vita has a one ghz quad core processor(not 2ghz) Which is also estimated to be downclocked to 800 mhz. . So yes the vita does win but graphics on both are going to be really close.
@Eddyjj24baller Bro sony confirmed PSvita have 2.0 ghz per core(quad core) and that Iphone 4s have 640x960 read on wikipedia.The Vita Gpu is an upgrade of gpu ipad 2, Vita have SGX543MP4+ quad core and Iphone 4s/Ipad 2 have SGX543MP2 dual core is a huge difference.

Game companies are able to run the same games on both. For example unreal engine ( the engine that powers gears of war and arguable the best game engine) runs on both devices. The psvita ofcourse is going to have better gamplay for game but its graphics is not that much better than the psvita.

@mateo123i both have 512mb ram. the gpu is nearly the same altough the ps vita screen is much bigger. Cpu is 4 core youre right but its just a baterry fucker cuz you dont need all the cores.
galaxy Ace 2 is no way on par with iphone 4s . If u were to compare , i'd say compare with the Galaxy Note / Galaxy S2 . If you are a tech-savvy android person who doesnt play much games and loves software development , go for the S2 . If your just the average user and gamer who enjoys some browsing and fun games , iphone 4s.
