    Imagine if we had just a few IT companies, few engineering colleges and less apartments!! Bangalore would have been a great place. We were self sufficient,.

      @Ambitious Guy even i can say go out of Bangalore. But i won't because we are more open minded. You never got my point. I wish all major cities in India were developed equally rather than developing a few cities like Bangalore, Hyderabad and Mumbai. It will ease the pressure on these places! Already there are a lot of issues like shortage of water and traffic which you might already be knowing.

    I was just at KR Market yesterday and it was CROWDED. Just like how Kenny Sebastian had said once, "There are so many people in India, you don't know if you are actually moving" and a glimpse of just bullock cart passing by with one automobile at stop, speaks volumes of how the place has used up.

    The greedy politicians and corrupt citizens destroyed this beautiful city. Next target is Mysuru. Now Bangalore is full of garbage and drainage.

      I was recently in Bangalore and this is no longer a beautiful city. I could not believe the traffic, noise, pollution, crowds and garbage all over many streets. Yes, I know that the population has grown and now there are much more cars and trucks in Bangalore. But why do men and women just throw garbage on the streets. Are the children not told by their parents or in school that littering is bad for everyone?

I hope, Those who are calling Bangalore as a Silicon valley of India, Should atleast Google and check How does the real Valley Town looks like. In India, Poisoning all beautiful lakes in the city and of nearby villages with drainage from the city. Just Have a look at Varthur Lake near Whitefield. You will know how the city is taken care.

    Bullock Cart in front of Vidhana Soudha brought tears in my eyes...... Such a simple living, pure environment with people not even able to afford buying a Cycle...!!
    Those times were the best with pure air, water everywhere.
    So many trees, lakes..... Now it's all dead.😢
    Excessive growth of MNCs, money factor, outsiders migration killed Bangalore.

    A beautiful city it use to and now what has become of it. Sad it was neglected and allowed to grow in a most chaotic and haphazard way by corrupt politicians and successive governments without proper planning which has led to unorganized and narrow roads not to speak of the garbage !!! Really sad and disappointing.

    Bangalore was beautiful up to the early 1950’s but corruption, overpopulation and very bad planning have caused massive problems. The biggest problems are corruption and bad municipal government have caused the demise of this once beautiful city.
